Customer's reviews
After two years, we finally have a working fireplace! Brett came and replaced the broken parts that an independent contractor told us could not be, giving us warmth for the winter. He is very knowledgeable, tidy and courteous, thank you Brett. Heat Savers, your customer service is excellent! We will contact you for future servicing of both our fireplaces and are happy to recommend you to family & friends.
We recently had Heat Savers come out again to replace our downstairs fireplace. The installation involved relocating the fireplace from one side of the room to the other, and we were unsure how it would look. However, the technician did an excellent job, and we are very pleased with the results. We will definitely recommend Heat Savers!

I cannot say enough GOOD about Heatsavers. From start to finish, all representatives of this company demonstrated the utmost professionalism. They genuinely care about the needs of their customers, wishing only to provide the best service possible. At a time when I was incredibly frustrated with other vendors lack of response and unreliability, they gave me hope that there was light at the end of the tunnel for my gas fireplace upgrade. Their communication was timely and reliable, professional and informative. Their installers were FANTASTIC, knowledgeable and fun to work with. I will recommend them to anyone who needs reliable and efficient service. Thank you so much, ALL the staff at Heatsavers and congratulations on a job well done. *****

Impeccable service by everyone at Heat Savers. Brett the sales rep was knowledgeable. Chris the installer is an amazing professional! He gave me suggestions about moving the gas meter so that the chimney could be installed in a nicer position, and he helped me to contact the Fortis BC planner to arrange the gas meter alternation, even though offering to do these would require him to postpone installation. I salute his professionalism and kindness! Carla, the very nice and capable customer service representative who communicated with me over the phone for many times but whom I never had a chance to meet, demonstrated such a lever of excellence! I must say THANK YOU to all who helped me at Heat Savers.
